Saala Khadoos and Mahabharatha
Let's see an unique combo an incident from Mahabharatha and how it's related to Saala Khadoos.
We all know that Drona always had a special place for Arjuna in Mahabharatha and in order to prove that everyone are given with a task of filling in a pot full of water. Sounds simple isn't it not. But the catch is that the size pot's hole was the size of pepper corn. That much tiny in size. Within few moments Arjuna returned with full pot of water while others were really struggling to get even a small quantity. Now Arjuna says how did he managed to do that. One day while Dhrona was taking class he had told about Varuna Japam which I had spelled now in order to fill in the water. Now the Saala Khadoos connection during a dinner time Madhavan would be explaining about Genghis Khan ability as to how he would be tactful and which Rithika would adapt during the final fight. Similarly not necessarily always teachers will be pinpointing and referring specifically its for the students to listen and grasp them. Be attentive and always pay attention to Class lecturers because I understand the pain after completing my training session today one person came to me and said they forgot whatever I told them 😭😭.

String Instrument and Life
There lived a king who had all facilities and lived a lavish life , not caring much about his family or his people. His minister was really upset and suggested him to visit a Saint. He explains about the Saint's ability to being about the value in life. As suggested by his Minister the King visits Buddha. Buddha observes the King for a while and he doesn't utter a word. However Buddha spends time with others except the King. King got offended and continuously visits Buddha, actually Buddha was testing the king's patience and was testing on his perseverance. One day Buddha asks how can he help him, King says he has seen lot of things in life and he would like to join him as his disciple. However there is a period after specific period of time he will be induced however still he needs to give up some activities. The King gave up everything and humiliated himself like walking with bear legs in hot sun, or sleeping on the floor and he had put himself to stressed activities to win the confidendence from Buddha.
Buddha noticed that and asked him if he plays any string instrument, king says yes. In the stringed instrument the if the strings are too tight the music won't be audible or won't sound sweet , similarly if the strings are loosely tied still the music won't be nice. So by being too harsh or being too flexible you won't be able to attain the Gyana stage. Everything must be at an acceptable level inorder to have a good result may that be human being or stringed instrument it must be at optimum level to have a fruitful result.
King became so happy and he had returned to his Kingdom to rule his country to lead to prosperity.

Live the moment be happy. Stop worrying.
Two different personalities.
Mahabharata is one of the major epics in India, this epic has different personalities the write up here is to describe about two different personalities Lord Krishna and Karna.
Apparently both the personalities had struggles it's just that how they had handled the situation.
Hypothetically Karna and Krishna meets in Heaven, Karna interrogates Krishna, "hey paramatma despite you knowing the facts very well why did you put me into trouble , I had lot of sufferings". Our great God says Karna atleast you had the opportunity of getting proper parenting , you had guardian offering proper food and shelter. On the other hand I was born in jail and had to be shifted . I was always under attack and always be prepared to face them, the thing is that I was not reacting to the situation but handling them. Instead of cribbing about bad time I always chose to live the present situation. The thing is that I realized that this is my present moment and I know if I leave this present moment I may or may not have the ability to face them in the future.
Now despite you were the King , you spent your time cribbing about the demerits and failed to enjoy the present situation.
Now do you understand why you had a bad earth experience?.
It's simple that Krishna lived the moment and Karna despite having a beautiful one never lived it.
Now I personally take this statement very seriously.,
If by being in state of worrying can bring a solution I can keep worrying always.
Apparently worry makes us make some unnecessary reaction and we tend to make mistakes , hence don't react to the situation handle them.
Stop worrying be happy and smile.
Hare Krishna makes and gives you a daily lesson.

Buddha and Handling Anger
Buddha is known for handling his anger in a very good way. Buddha was getting popularity on a day today basis. Anyways as usual when you have popularity people tend to spew venomous content. Hence inorder to disgrace or disrespect Buddha a onlooker or some kind of nuisance person asks some stupid questions to Buddha. But due to his abundance knowledge Buddha answers everything. The guy got agitated and asks Buddha some nonsense question in order to corner him. Buddha politely asks now what do you want. The guy spits on Buddha to disrespect him, without even giving a second thought Buddha quietly moves away. The guy got so insulted and asked Buddha "why are you not getting angry at me". The reply from Buddha is at its beauty , "see when you give someone something and if they don't accept that then who has to take it back it's the person who gave it . Similarly you gave me your anger and I don't react hence the anger belongs to you now".
The important lesson that I infer is that the moment you react according to the expectation of other person , by reacting you are being owned by the other person.
Hence be always be balanced and be on yourself, even otherwise if others provoke you don't react to them.
Be in a state of "Samatvam"

Changing curse into boon.
Deferring problem with workaround solution.
According to Mahabharata there were instances that there were several occasions where the curse got transformed into boon.
For instance in my earlier write-up I had mentioned about Durvasa's curse to Sudharshan chakra, his curse is that let you be transformed to charcoal but later Durvasa relaxed it that it's applicable only for sometime. Hearing this Sudharshan chakra went to the God of providing solutions one stop shop the great Parandhama Lord Vishnu,. He said that I will handle the other part you need not have to take it up immediately I will handle them.
During Kurukshetra war Arjuna vows that Jayadrata will be beheaded before sunset, however Arjuna couldn't find him because Duryodhana had safeguarded him, but bear in mind the sun was about to set . It's now Our great Lord Vishnu says hey Sudharshan Chakra now you can exercise your curse and go and cover the sun for a while. Much relieved Chakrathazhvar accepted and did it , believing or due to ignorance Jayadrata came out thinking it's sunset already . The moment Jayadrata came out Arjuna's arrow beheaded him and his head went into his dad's hand , because Jayadrata had a boon whoever beheads Jayadrata and if his head touches the ground their head will be shattered to 100pieces .since it fell into his dad's lap both father and son died.
Forget the story of Jayadrata I want you to concentrate on the curse and turning that into a boon we may have many times will have a rough and not everyone will have a smooth ride. Use the bad times and enhance your skill sets or gain in confidence.
Let me give you another real life scenario for most relative example.
Getting a curse or treating it with passion all depends on how you handle them.
Assume you carry a bag of coins for value for say 500rs you pockets will feel pretty heavy right?. The moment you convert them to a single currency you won't feel it as heavy. No matter whatever it may be the value remains same , hence if it's destined for us to go through the phase do go through them with grace, remember everything is temporary this too shall pass.

Choice of words in Mahabharata
Choice of words
Usage of words is a very key task whenever we talk to people. The art of convincing is a specific task but one of the incident in Mahabharata made me raise my eyebrows that Duryodhana was that great in using choice of words.
During the Kurukshetra war Karna asks Duryodhana that his Chariot must be piloted by a great pilot. Duryodhana had suggested Salliyan to do the role of driving.
Salliyan was a great emperor as well , due to Karna's birth , Salliyan refused to do the role.
Here is where Duryodhana choice of words comes into play.
"Dear Salliyan see I am equating Karna to Arjuna , On the other hand the role of Piloting is done by Krishna , I am equalling you to Krishna". Hearing this Salliyan melted he immediately accepted the job.
Choice of words and usage of words are one of the key strengths to have a good rapport and getting your job done.
See if these are all some lessons that Mahabharata teaches us.
Please don't think that I am glorifying Duryodhana, just that nothing wrong in taking good things.

Dwadhasi and Durvasa
Dwadhasi is the twelfth day
King Ambarish was a King ans was a great king and was loved by his subjects. And he was a great devotee of Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu was so happy with the devotion of the King that he blessed the king with his Sudarshan Chakra. Lord Chakrathazhvar
Usually we are all required to fast going by strict guidelines it's called Ekadasi Virath. The whole idea is to give a break for our digestive system to get back on track and since King
King Ambarish observing fast ceremony out of devotion to the Lord. King Ambarish fasted on the 11th(Ekadasi) of every month which he breaks the next day (dwadasi).
On the twelfth day Sage Durvasa makes a visit and King Ambarish was plesantly surprised. People were afraid of Sage because he gets angry very often. However Indra knew how to handle him and often said he was glad to meet Sage. Since Indra was courteous. He blessed Indra. Indra was at his best behaviour and soon won over Sage Durvasa. Sage Durvasa was happily enjoying Indra's hospitability. Indra was assuming Ambarish was doing the fasting drama to get Indra position, having known well about Sage he now slowly opens about King .'Great Sage! Have you heard about King Ambarish's fast? It is said that he is true devotee of Lord Vishnu! He must really be a great king to keep up the fast for such a long time...' Sage Durvasa was listening with interest now. 'Why...?' Indra said as if he had just thought of some thing, '...he must have finished his year of fasting. I think tomorrow he will break the fast...It would be a great occasion sir!'
Sage decides to visit Ambarish, known for his hospitality Athithi Devo Bawa.. The science of Dwadesi Virath is that you must break the fast at the specific time after performing the regular penance. Sage decides to take a dip and it took such a long time the Sage didn't return to palace, since it's taking time Ambarish decides to break the fast by eating a Tulsi leaf and drink water. The action was so simultaneous Sage enters the palace , now Sage is known for anger , Indra's plan almnost worked out. Durvasa lifted his hand to curse, everything was witnessed by Sudharshan chakra since there was no mistake on King it started charging Sage . Sage repents for his mistake however didn't fail to curse chakra.
Chakra got a workaround solution of deferring the curse at a later stage during Kurukshetra war.
In this case there were two Dharmas one break the fast at appropriate time , but you shouldn't leave the Guest without addressing them.
Hence Prioritisation is not something new to Hindu Dharma. It's all well available just that we need to be specifically search for them and read about it.
Om Namo Narayanaya.
Thanks for reading
